Ali Zeidan – Remote Support Specialist
Ali joined the company in March of 2012 and enjoys working with clients from various industries. Known as a man of very few words, Ali focuses on the client’s needs and providing the best possible solutions to their technology issues. With each option, he gives the advantages and disadvantages so the client is clear on what direction to take. Ali has worked with several of our clients on a day-to-day basis, both over the phone and in person. He understands that interacting with technology can get be a challenge for many, and he enjoys working with them to resolve those issues. The best thing Ali likes about working in IT is that there’s a new solutions to provide each person he helps, and that he isn’t doing the same thing every day.
Outside of the office, Ali enjoys reef-keeping, poker/spades nights, and socializing with friends and family. He also plays volleyball and basketball during the summers.
