Meet Katie… Katie joined the AZBS team in August of 2010. As Service Coordinator and master juggler of all things service related, Katie works with all our clients to ensure their service requests are being addressed and scheduled with members of our technical team who can assist in the most efficient manner. She also trains all new employees on our centralized dispatch process and how to use our ConnectWise ticketing system. Katie loves working together with the AZBS team to provide excellent service to our clients.
She is yet another Michigan transplant who moved to Chicago to attend the Illinois Institute of Art, where she earned a degree in Visual Communications. Katie also utilizes her background in design to produce branding and marketing materials for AZBS. Also, staying true to her Michigan roots, loves Red Wings hockey, and picking on the Blackhawks fans around the office. Katie comes from a big family and most recently became an aunt for the 2nd time to baby Charlotte. She lives with her cats, Reptar, Claymore, and Addison whom she adores, and in her spare time she likes to ride her bike along the Chicago Lakefront.
